These terms of sale apply to every guest of the Residence, for the rental of apartments and all services provided by the Residence.
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay.
The balance of your stay must be received by us at least 30 days prior to your arrival.
For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept bank transfer or credit card (Visa, American express, or urocard/Mastercard. Cash) for any payment before check-in. Only french checks are accepted for payments made at the residence.

All rates are quoted in Euros and include VAT and charges such as electricity, gas, water and heating. The apartment rates excludes local taxes, cancellation insurance, and expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, covered parking, telephone calls, fax services, etc..
The rates provided by the Residence do not include tourist tax. This surcharge is payable at the time of departure. For information, this tax is 3€ per person from 18 years old per night.
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
Please read them carefully before booking your holiday with us (cancellation conditions different for each price).
We recommend that you take the Cancellation Insurance with your reservation (3% of the total of your stay).
CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to make changes or cancellations after the booking at any time (partial or full closure of one equipment). Services or activities might be changed without notice.
A 500 Euros deposit will be charged to you on your arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded to you providing no local taxes and/or charges are outstanding, or that any damages have been caused to the properties.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in and pick up of the keys is made on the day of your arrival from 5.00 pm. Keys must be returned to us before 10.00 am on the day of departure.
The Residence provides its guests with a luggage storage room. Luggage storage remain the responsibility of the users of luggage room. The Residence will in no way be held responsible for theft, loss or damage to luggage stored by customers in the public areas of the Residence.
- We kindly ask parents to ensure that their children do not enter the facilities unaccompanied. Any incident caused by a child will be the responsibility of the responsible adult.
- The Spa is meant to be a relaxing space and the pool is not supervised.
- Access to the pool is prohibited for children under 16 years old unaccompanied; Children being under the responsibility of the parents;
- Access to the sauna & hammam prohibited for children under 16 years old unaccompanied.
- The fitness area is prohibited for children under 16 years old unaccompanied.
Pets are accepted in the residence at an additional cost. A fee will be charged for any damage caused by your pet.
You are responsible for ensuring that the apartment is not occupied by more people than is stated on your booking confirmation, which is set to the number of beds in the apartment.
We would remind you that the residence cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of any personal effects inside or outside our buildings, including the apartments, the covered parking or the public areas.
Departure process : The day of departure, we ask you to collect the dirty linen in the bathroom, empty the rubbish bins and take your garbage to the outdoor rubbish room located at the exit of the underground parking.
You will also be required to clean the kitchen area, wash dishes, store crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils in the cupboard in order to leave the kitchen as clean as it was at your arrival.
The residence propose a special kitchen cleaning service for a price of 50€/operation. We inform you that this service will also be available at any time during your stay for the same price. Any apartment returned in unreasonably dirty and untidy conditions will be automatically subject to an extra charge of 90€ to 130€ for deep cleaning.
Any complaints about the apartment, its contents, its cleanliness or our staff must be made to us within 48 hours after your arrival. We will take all reasonable steps to settle the problem. We shall not have any liability for complaints submitted after
